Monika Veselá

She graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, the Faculty of Business Administration, where she studied business economics and management. She also graduated from the MBA managerial study programme in A&W Business School (now London International Graduate School). Currently, she is completing her studies at the Charles University, the Faculty of Law. In the period of 1999 – 2004, she worked in various positions in media marketing – Bonton a.s., Český rozhlas and FTV Premiéra spol. s r.o. – Prima TV. She currently works as an independent accounting and economic consultant; she also externally cooperates with the Methodological section of the Union of Accountants and she is giving lectures on marketing in the Prague Study Centre of Vysoká školá ekonomická Znojmo; she is also a lecturer in courses focused on fundraising and on processing and managing projects financed from the European funds. She specialises in a non-profit sector and in projects financed from the European structural funds. She is a co-author of the text book "Ekonomie a ekonomika" - Economics and economy (P. Kolář - M. Veselá, ASPI 2006); currently, she is working on the book focused on marketing of the Czech non-profit sector and on its comparison with marketing of non-profit organisations in other European countries. She is a member of IAPNM (International Association on Public and Non Profit Marketing). She acts as a senior project manager in Consulting Alpha, s.r.o.
